Springfield, VT

Welcome to...

Springfield, VT

Home of the Cosmo’s! Springfield has a rich history (literally). It was once one of the most important manufacturing towns in the world. So important, in fact, that it was on Hitler’s list of cities to bomb during WWII. During that time, the manufacturing was focused on tools and ammunition. Now, Springfield is much more humble and although most of the manufacturing has left our town, we are working on rebuilding our beautiful town.

Home Styles In Springfield, VT

As is common in New England, most of the homes in Springfield were built between 1850-1950. However, there are a couple of neighborhoods that were established in the 1960’s & 1970’s. Living in Springfield gives you the option of living in a traditional neighborhood or a more rural neighborhood. Let me help you find your home!

01.

Historic

If you have dreams of living in a home built in the late 1800’s or early 1900’s, the Springfield market has plenty in store for you! Handcrafted stair rails, original wood flooring, and quirky, historic features are all in store for you while house hunting.

02.

Modern

While new construction is rare in our market, homes that have been brought up to today’s modern standard are slightly easier to find. Although still rare to find, with some patience, you will be able to find your modern home here in Springfield.

03.

Rural

Many of our neighborhoods are rural, with most properties having at least one acre or more of land. If you have been dreaming of light homesteading, having privacy from your neighbor, and getting your produce locally – then you have found it!
